1. General Terms

• Blue-Birdit.com is a freelance service agency providing a range of professional services, including but not limited to graphic design, content creation, marketing, and web development.
• By engaging with our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are generally not offered for completed projects unless there is a failure to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables as outlined in the initial project agreement.
• If you believe the delivered work does not meet the agreed specifications, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery, providing clear reasons for your refund request.
• Refund eligibility will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and any granted refunds will exclude work already completed or milestones achieved.

3. Deposits

• Deposits paid for initiating a project are non-refundable, as they cover administrative costs and initial work efforts.

4. Revisions

• Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions as agreed upon in the project scope. Additional revisions beyond this limit may incur extra charges.
• Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction arising from feedback not provided during the revision process.

5. Cancellations

• If a client decides to cancel the project before its completion, refunds for any unused portion of payments may be considered at Blue-Birdit.com’s discretion, excluding non-refundable deposits and work already completed. 
• Blue-Birdit.com reserves the right to terminate a project if the client breaches these terms or fails to provide the necessary information or feedback for project progress. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

6. Disputes

• In the event of a dispute regarding refunds or returns, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication before pursuing legal action. 
• Refund decisions made by Blue-Birdit.com are final and binding.
